Take a deep breath and feel yourself relax as you enter the realm of Guided Meditation...
The guided meditation process is a combination of meditation, relaxation, and guided imagery.
By relaxing, focusing on the breath, and letting go of body tensions you are able to come more
fully into the present moment. This is a good activity to begin any of the other sessions.
The guided meditation will lead into the opening exercise. Once you are present, you are
ready to explore new territory. I offer guided meditations with different themes.
Each one is directed towards opening up to your Inner Voice of wisdom and compassion.
This is an easy way to receive new information and gain deeper insight. The meditations
are followed by a non-dominant drawing and writing exercise designed to access the imagery
and insights received during the meditation.
